A photograph is not created by a photographer. What they do is just open a little window and capture it. The world then just writes itself on the film. The act of the photographer is close to reading than it is to writing. They are the readers of the world. Steeven Vaithi Known as SC “steevenclick” is a hybrid artist, photographer based in Mauritius, who constantly looks for new ways to keep his work fresh and lively. Steeven’s passion for capturing emotion started during early studies from college including passion for art, and then graphic studies at venyloos comp space then following Graphic design studies at curtain. The magic of photography has not only intrigued him, but the translation from click of the shutter to a finished image has always amazed his mind. His moto is to capture emotions not just image… He has gradually learned to master the technique of digital colorizing. The resulting creation occupies a specific and unique place in his work, and the strong bond he feels with his subject is visible in the appeal of his photography. Sometimes he photographs models; at other times he combines studio shots with background taken on location.
